Q. How much do you charge per hour.
Unlike many contractors in the area. I don't have an office full of employees. ( book keeper, estimator, sales, etc.) Just myself operating from a home office. This keeps my overhead low, therfore I don't have to charge 96.00 per hour for a workman to show up at your door.
$ 45 / hr. Rates are figured per man hour. 2 hour minimum.
Q. How can you complete my project without employees to help you ?
On the occasional times I need help I use other licensed contractors to help out with that task. Sometimes I subcontract out a large job if it will shorten the completion time with out sacrificing quality. For example, drywall installation on a large project.
